- Technical Data and Device Identifiers: Anonymous advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA, GAID) along with basic operating system details and device models. This data is utilized to optimize performance across various hardware profiles.
- Optional Login Data (Third-Party Services): If you choose to sync your game progress to the cloud using services like Google Play Games or Apple Game Center, the Application accesses a unique player identifier associated with your profile in that specific service.
3. Legal Bases for Data Processing
User data is processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable international privacy frameworks, based on the following legal grounds:
- Performance of a Contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): Necessary to deliver the digital service, allowing the user to play the game and maintain their in-game progress.
- Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): Necessary to optimize performance, analyze errors (crash reports), prevent exploitation or cheating, and conduct essential internal product marketing.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): Applicable if the operating system requires explicit permission to integrate with optional third-party social or analytical services.

To guarantee peak gameplay quality and technical stability, the Application integrates trusted external tools. These partners may access limited, anonymized technical metrics:

Data tied to game profiles and match history is retained as long as the user remains active within the Application. If the Application is deleted from a device and the profile is not linked to a cloud service (Google/Apple), the local save data is permanently removed.
